Job Summary
Lead business process redesign, roadmap planning, and multi-cloud implementation touch point identification for Public Sector and Energy & Utilities customers. Deliver and support business process innovation workshops while acting as the Trusted Digital Transformation Advisor. Provide domain expertise to define Salesforce 360 solutions and guide target architecture, phasing, and transition strategies. Offer thought leadership in the industry by rapidly learning new concepts and collaborating to solve complex business and technical problems.
Required Qualifications
- 14+ years CRM experience
- 3 years on public sector or Energy & Utilities Services domain
- PSS cloud experience
- GDS understanding
- Detail-oriented individual
- Ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies
- Ability to collaborate as part of a team to solve business and technical problems
- Thought leadership role in Public Sector/Energy & Utilities Industry
- Lead business process redesign
- Lead roadmap planning
- Identify touch points in multi-cloud implementations
- Provide input to customers target architecture, phasing, roadmap and transition architecture
- Provide domain expertise and guidance to define solution for the customers on the salesforce 360 platform
