Job Summary
Salesforce Engineer to oversee end-to-end Salesforce solution delivery for a CCM workstream including Marketing Cloud, Energy and Utilities Cloud, and Data Cloud/Data 360. Responsibilities include design, configuration, customization, and integration of Salesforce applications; guiding unit, SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing; coordinating with vendors/third-party service providers; managing deployment, cutover, and hyper care; ensuring security roles, access models, and compliance with Salesforce practices; driving DevSecOps practices with CI/CD pipelines and code-quality tools; facilitating cross-workstream collaboration and change management; and monitoring Salesforce operations and governance across enterprise environments.
Required Qualifications
