Job Summary

Own the full lifecycle of a new Salesforce instance implementation, from initial discovery and schema design to deployment and post-launch optimization. Architect and maintain sophisticated, real-time integrations between Salesforce and NetSuite using MuleSoft to ensure seamless data flow across our financial ecosystem. Develop high-quality, scalable code using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow while adhering to industry best practices including CI/CD via Salesforce DX and TDD. Establish rigorous data governance policies to ensure "golden record" accuracy between CRM and ERP systems, prioritizing transactional integrity for commodity trading. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions, providing mentorship to junior team members and driving technical accountability. Perform hands-on administrative Salesforce tasks, including user management, permission sets, and daily platform health monitoring. This foundational, architect-level role requires a security-first mindset and deep expertise in complex data orchestration. We are a Boulder, Colorado-based company in the gold and silver industry, offering a hybrid remote position with no visa sponsorship.

Required Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of professional engineering experience within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • proven track record of implementing new instances from scratch
  • Expert-level experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
  • Deep, hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with NetSuite
  • Expert command of Apex, LWC, JavaScript, and Salesforce DX
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Shield, advanced sharing models, and encryption
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Salesforce Certified Application/System Architect or MuleSoft Developer certifications
  • Hands-on, end-to-end development experience, from requirements gathering to post-deployment support
  • Experience in regulated environments (e.g., Government Cloud, Financial Services)
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with Node.js or AWS services (Lambda, SQS)
  • Previous experience in Financial Services, FinTech, or Commodities
  • Experience utilizing Salesforce Einstein or LLM-based development tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot)
  • Experience leading technical sprints and managing complex backlogs in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Agentforce, Salesforce Einstein, or leveraging LLM-based development tools to accelerate delivery
  • Proven ability to build modular, scalable components for long-term platform maintenance
  • Experience in Government Cloud
  • Experience in Financial Services
  • Salesforce Certified Application/System Architect or MuleSoft Developer certifications
