Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain customized Salesforce solutions using APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Components while leading Service Cloud and Service Cloud Voice implementations. Customize Agentforce to streamline agent workflows and ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across applications. Provide technical leadership through mentorship and code reviews, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define specifications and deliver scalable enterprise solutions. Stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices. Requires 5+ years of hands-on experience with Service Cloud, Voice, and Agentforce, plus proficiency in APEX, SOQL, and LWC. Healthcare experience is required.

- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Proven expertise in Service Cloud
- Proven expertise in Service Cloud Voice
- Proven expertise in Agentforce
- Strong proficiency in APEX
- Strong proficiency in SOQL
- Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Strong proficiency in Visualforce

Desired Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or Service Cloud Consultant
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
