Job Summary
Salesforce Developer needed to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Build custom business logic, triggers, classes, controllers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes; develop responsive UI components; implement AI-powered workflows with Agentforce or similar tools to boost automation and user engagement. Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware; customize objects, validation rules, flows, approvals, and security models. Collaborate with architects, product teams, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions; optimize performance, review code, and maintain development standards. Stay current with Salesforce features and AI innovations, and support CI/CD pipelines and release management.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10 years of professional experience in Salesforce development
- Experience with Salesforce Development
- Expertise in Apex Programming
- Advanced proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience with Agentforce or other AI-powered tools and intelligent automation platforms
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and customization
- Experience with Salesforce APIs and system integrations
- Knowledge of asynchronous Apex, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Apex
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
