Job Summary
Design and support intricate customer journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud using Journey Builder and Automation Studio. Build robust data pipelines to integrate SFMC with D360, ensuring accurate and timely data synchronization. Develop REST and SOAP APIs to connect front-end applications with SFMC for real-time personalized experiences. Lead integration efforts with Customer Data Platforms, content management systems, and other external enterprise applications. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex integration issues, and ensure all solutions are scalable and secure.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong, hands-on focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
- Demonstrated experience building and supporting complex customer journeys in SFMC
- Strong proficiency in SFMC-specific languages and tools, including AMPScript, Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS), and SQL
- Extensive experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) connecting front-end applications to SFMC
- Experience building data pipelines and integrating SFMC with D360, CDPs, and content management systems
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and data security best practices
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, Marketing Cloud Consultant)
