Job Summary
Salesforce Developer responsible for driving the technical execution of Telia's Salesforce roadmap, designing and implementing robust Salesforce customizations, developing scalable solutions with Apex and Lightning Web Components, building reusable frameworks and CI/CD pipelines, and mentoring junior developers within the Center of Excellence. Will consult with architecture and business teams on best practices, platform capabilities, and integration strategies while delivering measurable, scalable outcomes across international teams.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in full-lifecycle Salesforce development including backend logic, frontend components, and API integrations
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, platform limits, and security mechanisms
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical designs and deliver measurable, scalable outcomes
- Fluency in English with collaboration across international, cross-functional teams
