Job Summary
Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and REST/SOAP APIs. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, develop integrations with enterprise applications, and contribute to technical design reviews and architecture discussions. Create technical documentation, perform code reviews, support CI/CD pipelines, and troubleshoot production issues to ensure platform stability. Collaborate with QA, Product Managers, and stakeholders throughout the software lifecycle while mentoring junior developers and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality and data model
- Hands-on experience with Apex
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience with SOQL/SOSL
- Experience with Salesforce Flow
- Experience with Salesforce Security & Sharing Model
- Experience with Custom Objects and Metadata
- Experience with Configuration APIs and Integrations
- Understanding of Salesforce platform limits and performance optimization techniques
- Experience working within Agile delivery teams
- Familiarity with Git-based source control and CI/CD deployment processes
- Working knowledge of integration patterns and enterprise application architecture
- Understanding of software engineering principles, object-oriented design, and testing methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3–4+ years of software development experience
- 2–3+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform development experience
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations and enhancements

- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
- Experience with MuleSoft or enterprise integration platforms
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps Center and/ or Copado
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical or regulated industry environments
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud
- Exposure to Agentforce capabilities and AI-driven customer engagement solutions
- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Certification
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification
