Job Summary
Salesforce Developer – Systems Engineer II designs, builds, and supports scalable CRM solutions on Salesforce, HubSpot, and related platforms for Gloo360 customers. This role owns complex integrations, custom development, deployments, and Tier-3 escalations, ensuring revenue operations run reliably and efficiently. You will lead scalable implementations and mentor junior engineers while delivering high-impact CRM enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce configuration, integration, and support
- 3+ years of experience with APEX, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce Flow
- Strong understanding of APIs, middleware, and scripting for system integrations (e.g., APEX, Python, etc.)
- Familiarity with Salesforce and HubSpot platform capabilities
- Experience with data integration tools and platforms (e.g., Workato, Zapier, Informatica, or similar)
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce and HubSpot’s declarative and programmatic capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to design scalable solutions and drive workflow optimization
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required); Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (preferred); HubSpot CMS Developer certification (preferred)
