Job Summary
Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, and optimize scalable, enterprise Salesforce solutions across integrations, acquisitions, and multi-org consolidations. Responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs; building and optimizing Lightning Experience pages and UI; developing trigger frameworks and reusable Apex services; creating custom objects, flows, and automations; architecting third-party integrations with REST/SOAP, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Service Rocket), and Salesforce Connect; leading data migration and consolidation efforts, including data mapping, cleansing, migration, and integration of new departments; partnering with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical designs, conducting code reviews, and enforcing best practices; ensuring security, compliance, and quality with robust test coverage (>85%), automated testing strategies, and effective post-deployment support; maintaining version control and supporting production releases. Preferred experience with CPQ, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, enterprise integration patterns, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong proficiency with Apex, Aura/LWC, APIs, SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce configurations
- Proven experience integrating third-party systems using API-first architecture
- Demonstrated experience in acquisition-based org consolidation, multi-org strategies, or major Salesforce migrations
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, governor limits, performance optimization, and platform architecture
- Experience with DevOps tools, Git-based workflows, and deployment automation
- Salesforce Developer certification(s), such as: Platform Developer I (required) and Platform Developer II (preferred)
Desired Qualifications
- Salesforce Developer certification(s), such as Platform Developer I (required) and Platform Developer II (preferred)
- Experience with middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Service Rocket)
- Exposure to CPQ, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or other specialized Salesforce clouds
- Experience with enterprise integration patterns and event-driven architecture
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
