Job Summary
Salesforce Developer at OCA Global to lead the evolution of our global Salesforce platform. You will design and maintain complex Apex logic (Triggers, Controllers, Batch) and build modern interfaces with Lightning Web Components (LWC), connect REST/JSON integrations with Core and ERP systems, perform code audits and refactor to reduce technical debt, and collaborate with functional teams to decide when to use Flow Builder versus code for efficient solutions. The role combines pro-code rigor with no-code-first approaches, and entails a hybrid work arrangement with in-office days in Sant Cugat and remote work.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience as Salesforce Developer
- Apex
- LWC
- Visualforce
- REST/JSON integrations
- CI/CD tools (Bitbucket, Jenkins or similar)
- experience with Triggers, Controllers, Batch
- Knowledge of Flow Builder and/or no-code tooling
