Job Summary
Design, build, and support scalable Salesforce and Braze solutions across core CRM workflows, customer journeys, and integrations. Develop maintainable code using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and APIs while collaborating with architects and Product Owners on solution design. Manage integrations with internal and third-party systems via REST APIs and event-driven architectures, contributing to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release processes to ensure platform performance, security, and data quality. Occasional travel to other Postcode Lottery offices may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, integrations and Salesforce data modelling
- Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, APIs, security concepts and modern software engineering practices
- Comfortable working in an international matrix organisation
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Occasional travel to other Postcode Lottery offices
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps tooling, automated testing and version control (e.g. Git)
