Job Summary
Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Flows. Configure Service Cloud features including Case Management, Omni-Channel, and Entitlements to support SLA compliance. Build Experience Cloud sites, managing community user experiences, page layouts, and sharing rules for external users. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, participate in code reviews, and troubleshoot technical issues related to Salesforce and third-party integrations. Support data migration activities involving mapping, cleansing, and transformation using tools like Data Loader or ETL platforms. Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Experience with Apex
- Experience with Visualforce
- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience with SOQL/SOSL
- Proven experience implementing and customizing Service Cloud
- Proven experience building and configuring Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) sites
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, roles)
- Experience with DevOps version control tools like Copado, Gearset, Flosum
- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps best practices, including sandbox management and change set/metadata deployment strategies
- Experience with Service Cloud Voice, Live Agent/Chat, or Digital Engagement channels
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant
- All persons hired will be required to verify identity
- Minimum age of 18
- Eligibility to work in the United States (without sponsorship)
