Job Summary
Develop innovative Salesforce-based applications end-to-end within a collaborative product team. Responsibilities include implementing Salesforce custom applications using Apex, designing scalable solutions, integrating APIs, and mentoring team members. Requires 5+ years full-stack development, 3+ years Salesforce Apex experience, Agile practices, and a Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. Preferred: Lightning frameworks, Salesforce Managed Packages, DX, Salesforce customization and administration, .NET/Azure experience.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack application development experience
- 3+ years of experience implementing Salesforce custom applications using the Apex language
- Solid understanding of Salesforce custom application design, including limits, throttling, security, APIs on the Salesforce platform
- Experience with agile development teams and practices
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong interpersonal skills; mentoring team members
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Decision Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent education, skills, and/or practical experience
