Job Summary
Assist in developing and configuring Salesforce applications using declarative and programmatic tools, including Lightning components, Flows, Apex classes, and integrations. Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and deployment activities while helping troubleshoot production issues and support ongoing enhancements. Write technical documentation, contribute to development standards, and collaborate with Business Analysts and Project Managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Gain exposure to Salesforce DevOps, version control, CI/CD processes, and Agile methodologies within a fulltime onsite program.
Required Qualifications
- Completed at least two years toward a bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Coursework or experience with object-oriented programming.
- Familiarity with one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, JavaScript, Python, or Apex.
- Basic understanding of databases and SQL concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Clarity's internship program requires fulltime onsite reporting.
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to Salesforce, web development, Git, REST APIs, or cloud platforms is preferred but not required.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and work in a collaborative consulting environment.
