Job Summary
Develop Salesforce applications using APEX, VisualForce, and Lightning by configuring the platform, building triggers, controllers, and REST APIs. Integrate Salesforce with enterprise-level applications through various channels and create new SOA services. Leverage SalesforceDX and Eclipse Force IDE to build AppExchange commercial applications while utilizing Omnichannel and Lightning Conversion capabilities. Requires 8+ years of experience, Salesforce Platform Developer II certification, and proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, and JSON. This 12+ month remote contract seeks a US Citizen, Green Card, EAD-GC, or H4 EAD holder.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizen, Green Card, EAD-GC, H4 EAD
- minimum 08+ years of experience
- Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification
- Experience software design, programming, and configuring the Salesforce platform and deep functional understanding of its capabilities and limitations
- Experience with Salesforce development tools and techniques, e.g., Lightning, VisualForce, APEX language, Force custom development, triggers, controllers, Force and REST APIs, JSON, sObjects, SOQL, SOSL, outbound messaging and creating new SOA services
- Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise-level applications though all available integration channels as well as Salesforce-to-Salesforce integrations
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with software development in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical discipline or equivalent work experience
- Experience with SalesforceDX
- Experience with Eclipse Force IDE
- Experience with Omnichannel
- Experience with Lightning Conversion and VisualForce to Lightning Conversion
- Experience developing AppExchange commercial applications
