Job Summary
Salesforce Developer role focusing on administering and developing within the Salesforce platform. Responsibilities include daily platform administration, automation via Salesforce Flows (Apex optional), maintaining integrations with Zapier/Shopify and payment providers, data management and quality, designing reports and dashboards, providing user support, collaborating with the Salesforce lead to implement enhancements, translating business requirements into Salesforce solutions, driving continuous platform improvements, and staying current with Salesforce features and best practices. Office-based onboarding with a transition to hybrid work (minimum 3 days/week in the office) at the Woking, UK location.
Required Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- 2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce administration or development experience
- Experience with Salesforce Flows and standard automation tools
- Familiarity with integrations and APIs (Zapier or similar tools beneficial)
- Strong attention to detail and data management skills
- Excellent communication skills and a knack for collaborating seamlessly with business users
- Willingness to be office-based - 5 days per week during onboarding period with a transition to a hybrid working pattern, min 3 days per week in the office
