Job Summary
Salesforce Developer at Guidehouse focused on production support and incremental enhancements for an existing Salesforce org. Responsibilities include hands-on troubleshooting of defects, data integrity issues, automation failures, and integration problems; performing root-cause analysis; implementing fixes through configuration or code changes; validating in lower environments and supporting production deployments; documenting issues and resolutions; and collaborating with Business Analysts, Administrators, and Architects to deliver reliable, well-governed solutions. Also responsible for backlog-driven enhancements, unit/system/UAT testing support, and maintaining platform stability and governance in line with SDLC standards. Must leverage Apex, Flows, Lightning components, LWCs, and integrations; communicate impacts and timelines to stakeholders; and continuously improve user experience and platform reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6+ years of Salesforce experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- US Citizenship required
- Ability to commute to Guidehouse San Antonio office
- Experience with Apex, Flows, Lightning components, LWCs, REST/SOAP/Bulk APIs and integrations
- Understanding of SDLC, release management, security and auditability standards
- Experience in public-sector or regulated environments preferred
- Strong documentation and collaboration skills
