Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce while building integrations via REST and SOAP APIs. Configure objects, flows, and automation; participate in technical design discussions to provide architectural recommendations. Perform code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and support deployment activities within CI/CD processes using Salesforce DevOps tools. Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and cross-functional groups to deliver high-quality applications. Mentor junior developers and stay current with platform updates to recommend improvements. Join one of our international clients in a fully remote role with competitive compensation.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
- Strong experience with Apex
- Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Strong experience with SOQL and SOSL
- Strong experience with Salesforce Flows
- Strong experience with Triggers
- Strong experience with Salesforce security model
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications through REST and SOAP APIs
- Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX)
- Proficiency with Git and version control
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
- Advanced English communication skills (C1)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Experience with Experience Cloud
- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of integration platforms such as MuleSoft is a plus
- Experience working on enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations
