Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions, specifically the Financial Services Cloud, by translating business requirements into scalable, secure configurations using Lightning Web Components, Apex, and Flow-based automation. Administer the platform, manage integrations via APIs and middleware, and support system releases, deployments, and change management processes. Ensure compliance with IT governance, security standards, and financial services regulatory obligations while producing technical documentation and optimizing business processes through automation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience working as a Salesforce Developer
- hands-on experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) or Service Cloud
- Proven experience delivering Salesforce solutions in a regulated financial services environment
- Strong capability in building Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex triggers, and Flow-based automation
- Proven ability to develop scalable solutions for high-volume data processing using Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and asynchronous processing patterns
- Demonstrated success in supporting and enhancing business-critical production environments, including troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues
- Understanding of Agile delivery frameworks and modern Salesforce DevOps practices, including Git-based source control, release management, automated deployments, and CI/CD processes
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Relevant third-level degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
- Appointment to this role is subject to the candidate's eligibility to work in Ireland
