Job Summary
Build and ship Salesforce solutions by implementing features and enhancements using Apex, Flow, Lightning components, and configuration to deliver production-quality work. Translate business requirements into reliable, scalable implementations while investigating and resolving bugs to keep core systems healthy. Partner with teammates on larger programs to own development end-to-end and help reduce technical debt through clean, well-documented code. Produce clear documentation for solution designs and configuration notes to ensure operability across the broader team. Contribute to developing AI-powered processes and tooling for the GTM Systems team and wider organization.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong experience implementing Apex
- Strong experience implementing Flows
- Strong experience with SOQL
- Strong experience with Lightning Web Components
- Comfort with declarative configuration
- Experience writing and maintaining Apex test classes
- Familiarity with CI/CD or version-controlled deployment practices
- Familiarity with common design patterns for Salesforce integrations and APIs
- Solid communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with both technical teammates and business stakeholders
- Salesforce Admin and Platform Developer I certifications
- Progress toward Platform Developer II
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Copilot, Cursor, or similar)
- Ability to describe how you verify and improve AI-assisted development tool output
Desired Qualifications
- Experience building AI-native development workflows: MCP servers, agentic tooling, and structured prompting
- Experience with the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle and/or subscription-management applications
- Experience building and/or maintaining API integrations to the Salesforce platform
- Additional Salesforce certifications
- Previous experience working in or supporting Sales, Revenue, or Finance Operations teams
