Job Summary
Salesforce Developer with 4–8 years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Community Cloud). Must possess strong Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows skills, and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Responsibilities include designing and deploying customized Salesforce solutions, enhancing and implementing across Cloud offerings, collaborating with stakeholders to clarify requirements, building scalable components and integrations, participating in code reviews and performance optimization, assisting deployment planning with Copado, creating technical documentation, and adopting new Salesforce features and development standards. Preferred qualifications include Salesforce PD1/PD2 certifications, CI/CD exposure, integration/middleware tools, and strong analytical and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Strong programming skills in Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch, Queueable, Integrations)
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen Flows, Automation Design)
- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations
- Experience with Experience Cloud (Community) configuration and customization
- Copado or similar DevOps tools for Salesforce deployments
- Git/version control
- REST/SOAP integrations, APIs
- Data migration tools
- Understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, governor limits
- Agile/Scrum environments
