Job Summary
Design, code, test, and implement custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. Create and manage Salesforce objects, fields, and relationships while writing SOQL queries to ensure data integrity. Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware. Configure user roles, permissions, workflows, and automation tools to align with business processes. Act as the first line of defense for technical issues, troubleshoot bugs, and provide training to end-users. Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and user guides. Test application stability, perform system audits, and prepare for upgrades. Stay abreast of new Salesforce features and recommend process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL
- Experience with Salesforce CRM platforms and customer-facing interfaces
- Proficiency in web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and experience with tools like Visual Studio Code, mavensMate, or Eclipse
- Strong understanding of database management, data migration tools (Data Loader, Import Wizard), and integration techniques
- Experience with Azure Dev Ops
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II
- Salesforce Certified App Builder, B2C Commerce Developer, or other relevant Salesforce certifications
- Experience with Salesforce DX and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with integration platforms (MuleSoft, Heroku) and marketing automation tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support
