Job Summary
Design, code, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL to meet business requirements. Configure objects, fields, workflows, and automation processes while integrating third-party systems via APIs and middleware. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into scalable technical solutions, perform unit testing, debugging, and deployments through change sets or CI/CD pipelines. Maintain data integrity and security across environments, providing support for troubleshooting and enhancements. Stay current with Salesforce releases to recommend feature improvements. Requires 2+ years of experience and Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), SOQL, SOSL
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, workflows, process builder, and Flow
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integration methods
- Understanding of Salesforce security model and data model design
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (preferred)
