Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience
- Strong proficiency in Flows and Apex
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or combined experience with education
- Demonstrable daily use of AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalents) in a production setting
- Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model, security, and permissions
- Proven ability to gather requirements and contribute to solution architecture
- Strong QA and test automation skills
- Experience working with executive team members across multiple departments to translate business needs into system solutions
- Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications preferred; Platform Developer II a plus
- Adherence to laws and best practices regarding dealings with financial service customers and data
