Job Summary
Experienced Salesforce Designer reporting to VP-level leadership within JP Asset Management Marketing. Lead end-to-end Experience Design initiatives across multiple product areas, diagram and prototype user journeys, mentor junior designers, and promote inclusive design and accessibility practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UX into product development, synthesize market feedback and data insights to drive customer-centric design decisions, and stay current with UI/UX trends and Salesforce-specific capabilities to optimize experiences for Sales products.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in user experience design or a related field, or equivalent expertise
- Deep expertise in Salesforce products, especially Sales Cloud, with hands-on experience designing sales solutions such as Forecasting, Sales Cloud Homepages, Chat experiences, and lead prospecting
- Strong knowledge and implementation experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System
- Proven ability to create visual representations of user journeys, including storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes
- Demonstrated experience in inclusive design and accessibility, with a track record of incorporating diverse perspectives and abilities into design solutions
- Ability to develop experiences that meet or exceed initial product proposals, including driving transformational innovation strategies and creating 'north star' visions to guide customer-centric decisions
- Advanced technical literacy, including a strong understanding of client-side technologies, APIs, microservices, and technology stack components and their impact on user experience
- Experience collaborating with product teams to build vision and presenting solutions to executive leadership
- Design leadership or managerial experience
