Job Summary
Design detailed solution architectures and technical solutions aligned with business requirements for the Horizon Program, developing high-performing, secure software components fully integrated with enterprise platforms. Collaborate with architects, analysts, and development teams to ensure consistency while acting as a technical reference for delivery teams regarding design, integration, and cybersecurity standards. Contribute to DevSecOps practices and automation of development and deployment environments, participating in application support and Level 3 production resolution based on the team's established rotation schedule. Mentor resources involved in solution design and implementation to foster knowledge sharing across teams.
Required Qualifications
- More than 10 years of experience in Information Technology
- At least 3 years in a software design role
- Strong expertise in modern software design principles, including SOLID, Clean Code, maintainability, testability, and component reusability
- Expertise in solution architecture, application integration, APIs, and microservices within complex enterprise environments
- Solid experience with DevSecOps practices and continuous integration in cloud-based environments
- Strong technical leadership, influencing skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Excellent analytical thinking, rigor, and problem-solving abilities
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and its enterprise components, including Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, OmniStudio, and Salesforce platform integrations
- Proactive and responsible approach to leveraging Artificial Intelligence tools to increase productivity and enhance the quality of deliverables
- Knowledge of the insurance industry or financial services sector
- Advanced level of English proficiency
- Advanced level of French proficiency
