Job Summary
Design, build, and optimize Salesforce Data Cloud solutions for connected customer experiences. Configure identity resolution, unified profiles, calculated insights, segmentation, and activation capabilities. Build and manage data ingestion pipelines across CRM, marketing, service, and external platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, ETL tools, and streaming. Develop enterprise integrations and partner with architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. Ensure strong governance, security, and data quality across implementations while mentoring junior developers. Lead the development of customer profiles and analytics use cases to improve client outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience working across the Salesforce platform
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360
- Strong skills in SQL/SOQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT, APIs, and enterprise integration design
- Experience across Salesforce ecosystem platforms such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
- Understanding of identity resolution, unified profiles, segmentation, metrics, calculated insights, and analytics
- Experience building scalable data pipelines and integrating data from multiple internal and external sources
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills in cross-functional environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
