Job Summary
Analyze client needs to implement Salesforce solutions that enhance operational efficiency and provide training for seamless integration of Salesforce applications. Collaborate with clients to optimize business processes using Salesforce Service Cloud while developing project architecture and budgeting for implementations. Utilize Salesforce Lightning and Sales Cloud to drive client success, applying analytical thinking to interpret data and inform strategic recommendations. Navigate complex situations to build meaningful client connections and guide teams in executing Salesforce consulting strategies. This role within PwC's Acceleration Center India focuses on leveraging broad consulting skills to help clients achieve strategic objectives through connected collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English
Desired Qualifications
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Lightning
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights
- Excelling in business process modeling and enterprise integration
- Developing training materials and implementing technology solutions
- Navigating complex client situations with effective communication and teamwork skills
