Job Summary
Design Salesforce Data Cloud architectures, integrating Customer 360 solutions, data governance, and ETL processes with MuleSoft and Informatica. Architect data models for scalable reporting, implement integration patterns via REST/SOAP APIs, and lead Apex development teams to ensure solution efficiency. Coordinate daily between onsite and offshore teams for US client delivery, managing workflow rules, validation logic, and bulk API implementations. Requires 10+ years in Salesforce with 7+ years in Data Cloud, Developer Certification, and healthcare domain expertise. Onsite in Atlanta, GA, with a long-term contract rate of $45/hr.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in working with client in USA is a Must, and in coordinating between Onsite-Offshore daily
- Must have extensive experience in Data Cloud and have designed/architected a minimum of 3-4 Data Cloud projects
- Must Have: Developer Certification (Platform Dev 2), and atleast 2 of the Architect-stream Certifications
- Must have Data Cloud Skills and Knowledge
- Must be able to engage with Enterprise Architecture teams in discussing Salesforce Data Modeling
- Thorough knowledge of Salesforce Coding best practices, and understanding of the limitations of Apex coding
- Experience using Apex Data Loader and other ETL tools such as Informatica or Boomi or Cast Iron or Mulesoft
Desired Qualifications
- Any prior experience with other technologies like Java/.Net is highly preferred
- Healthcare domain experience is a huge plus
- Nice to Have: Advanced Admin (ADM301) or Consultant (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud) Certifications
- Salesforce Architect certifications such as Salesforce Application Architect or Salesforce System Architect are highly desirable
- Proven track record in designing and implementing data architectures within the Salesforce ecosystem
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer 360) and related technologies (MuleSoft, Marketing Cloud, Tableau, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including integration patterns, data modeling, and API frameworks
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce data tools like Salesforce Data Loader, Einstein Analytics, and other data management platforms
- Expertise in data governance, data security, and regulatory compliance
- Strong experience with data integration, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and middleware platforms like MuleSoft
- Very good experience in having architected and implemented Salesforce solutions, from a Development perspective
- Hand-holding Programming team in ensuring Apex/Visualforce/Lightning based solutions are implemented correctly and efficiently
- Strong Problem-solving skills, with ability to get multiple solutions for/approaches to solve a problem/scenario
- Integrate with Force.com Web services including SOAP, WSDL, REST, SSL standards, security models and typical API client architecture
- Experience in working with Force.com Bulk API and the Metadata API
- Implementation knowledge of workflow rules, validation rule, approval process, reports and dashboards
