Job Summary
Develop enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce while designing complex data models and security architectures. Build AI-driven applications leveraging Einstein, Data Cloud, and external ML services to automate lead scoring, case classification, and forecasting through prompt-driven workflows. Integrate external AI/ML services via REST APIs and implement real-time inference using Platform Events. Support and maintain Sales/Service Cloud applications by collaborating with business analysts and architects to meet evolving business needs. Write high-coverage unit tests, conduct comprehensive testing, and manage CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps and Copado. Apply responsible AI principles and data governance standards throughout development.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT experience
- dedicated Salesforce development across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud platforms
- strong Salesforce development and solution design skills
- Apex classes, Controllers and Triggers
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Visualforce
- SOQL & SOSL
- Experiencing configuring and customizing Workflows, Process Builder, Flow Validation rules and approval processes
- Extensive experience with customization on the Salesforce Lightning platform using declarative platform tools and platform events
- Integration: Experience with API-based integrations, middleware, or custom connectors
- Experience Working with Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules
- Experience building custom dashboards and reports
- 3+ years' Designing and implementing AI-driven solutions using: Salesforce Einstein (Prediction Builder, Discovery, Next Best Action), Einstein GPT, Salesforce Data Cloud
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience
- Salesforce Platform Developer II
- AI Specialist certification
- Data Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder (nice to have)
- Salesforce Admin certification
