Job Summary
The Salesforce Developer role at Airgas involves collaborating with business stakeholders to advance the technical maturity of the Salesforce platform. Responsibilities include designing and developing custom solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components, implementing standard configurations, and ensuring system integrations between various platforms. Candidates should have at least 3 years of Salesforce engineering experience, strong skills in applying Agile methodologies, and a degree in Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in a Salesforce engineer or development role
- Proven ability to design and develop custom solutions using Apex, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Expertise in designing complex standard configurations (Flows, validation rules, advanced security)
- Experience implementing system integrations between CRM, Data Cloud, and external platforms, and applying Agile methodologies
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Administration, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer)
- Experience with specialized Salesforce products, including Revenue Cloud (CPQ), Data Cloud, and Tableau.
