Job Summary
Salesforce Consultant – Senior Associate at PwC based in Milan. You will manage challenging business transformation projects for leading players across Automotive & Industrial Manufacturing, Consumer Markets, Energy & Utilities, Financial Services, Telco & Media by optimizing internal processes and implementing Salesforce-enabled solutions. You will join the Salesforce team to help clients enhance customer experience, drive digital transformation, and achieve measurable results using Salesforce CRM and digital marketing technologies. Key activities include designing and implementing Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud solutions (configuration, workload routing, automated processes, and reporting), leveraging Salesforce and CRM platforms (Zendesk, Pegasystems, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, sugarCRM), and applying digital marketing, sales automation, and customer-journey design concepts. Proficiency in English is required; candidates will receive ongoing training and mentorship to grow within the role and contribute to client success.
