Job Summary
Salesforce Consultant (Remote Canada) with a remote-first posture and multiple Canadian city locations. Role focuses on executing world-class GTM architectures and Salesforce configurations to transform CRM environments into high-velocity revenue engines. You will own the implementation within Salesforce, ensuring data hygiene, routing logic, and reporting across a multi-client agency environment. Required capabilities include deep Salesforce administration/strategy experience, expert-level Salesforce Flows, and proficiency with the modern RevOps stack (LeanData, Gong, Outreach/Salesloft, CPQ). The role emphasizes a consultant mindset, ability to explain value to Sales Managers, strong time-management in a fast-paced, multi-client setting, and a bias toward testing in Sandbox before production. Remote work is allowed from the US, with opportunities to work globally (including Canada, the UK, and Australia) where work authorization exists. The position is fully remote with optional offices in Irvine, CA, and requires reliable internet access and professional working conditions.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of Salesforce Administration/Strategy experience (SaaS experience preferred)
- 2+ years in a client-facing agency or consultancy is highly preferred
- Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Flows (Workflows and Process Builder are dinosaurs)
- Experience with LeanData, Gong, Outreach/Salesloft, and CPQ tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder preferred)
