Job Summary
Support Sales and Service teams by resolving issues related to objects, flows, page layouts, permissions, reports, and dashboards. Leverage hands-on experience supporting Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to drive project success within large-scale global initiatives. Utilize Copado for deployment and CI/CD processes, with certification preferred. Operate within an agile pod structure focused on self-regulated teamwork and direct customer collaboration. Required Qualifications
- Advanced English skills
- Working knowledge of Copado for deployment and CI/CD
- Hands-on knowledge of Copado
- Copado certification
- Hands-on experience supporting Sales Cloud
- Hands-on experience supporting Service Cloud
- On-site role in Guadalajara, Mexico City, or Monterrey
Desired Qualifications
- Copado certification preferred
