Job Summary
Salesforce Consultant role focusing on Sales Cloud expansion and optimization within an established team. You will independently design and implement data models, processes, and automations (Flow Builder, Approval Processes) to advance Lead-to-Cash processes, forecasting, and Vertrieb workflow improvements. You will drive integrations with SAP, ServiceNow, and M365, develop AI-enabled use-cases (Agentforce/Einstein) in a Vertriebscontext, and establish best practices for configuration and data modeling. You will work with stakeholders to address skepticism, conduct technical workshops, document solutions, and contribute to presales through technical guidance. The position is based in Munich, Jettingen-Scheppach, or Frankfurt with a hybrid remote arrangement, reporting to CANCOM via welink recruiting.
