Job Summary
Conduct workshops for requirement analysis, translate customer needs into Salesforce solutions, and configure Flows, Data Process Engines, and automation logic. Design reports, dashboards, and data selection criteria while supporting Salesforce NPC and NPSP implementations. Communicate directly with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure transparent collaboration, and assist in user training for new product introductions. Analyze existing processes to develop improvement suggestions for efficiency and cost-conscious execution. This role requires multiple years of Salesforce experience, preferably in consulting for large organizations or within the Non-Profit sector, along with relevant certifications. Fluency in German and English (B2 level) is mandatory. The position offers 75-100% remote work options, flexible hours, and a mobility allowance.
