Salesforce Consultant (Latam)

Job Summary
Salesforce Consultant role focusing on nonprofits, delivering end-to-end Salesforce CRM implementations and management. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation; translating complex requirements for internal and external stakeholders; developing solution, discovery, and SOP documents; managing multiple projects with competing priorities; presenting work products to stakeholders; executing projects in Agile; designing workflow and functional diagrams; managing tasks with clear descriptions and acceptance criteria; deepening understanding of nonprofit industry best practices for technology implementations; collaborating with project managers and development teams to ensure on-time, on-budget deliverables; identifying training needs for team members and clients; and documenting standard operating procedures. Requires strong business analysis skills, experience with requirements gathering and documentation, and Salesforce/technology services experience; pro-active, clear communication in English; certification in Agile methodologies is preferred, and Salesforce certification is highly desired or obtainable within 90 days of joining.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of business analysis experience with a consulting or professional services firm (or other large enterprises)
- 2+ years of business analysis experience for technology or technology services implementation projects
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills (writing sample required)
- Experience gathering requirements, writing solution documents and writing SOPs
- Agile project experience and at least one Agile methodology certification
