Salesforce Consultant / Business Analyst

Job Summary
Lead workshops to understand business requirements and processes, then produce user stories, functional specifications, and solution designs. Configure Salesforce using declarative tools including Flows, validation rules, and security while building trusted relationships with clients. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery, support UAT and training activities, and participate in demonstrations and RFP responses. Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle. This role offers a delivery bonus scheme, private medical insurance, and an annual company retreat for experienced Salesforce professionals working on complex, enterprise programmes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 Salesforce certifications (e.g. Administrator, Business Analyst, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Experience Cloud)
- Experience delivering Salesforce implementation projects
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and automation
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to manage client relationships and work collaboratively within project teams
- Applicants must already have the right to work in Jersey, as visa sponsorship is not available
