Join PwC as a Salesforce Consultant - Associate/Senior Associate to manage challenging business transformation projects in sectors like Automotive, Consumer Markets, Energy, and Financial Services. Engage with clients to enhance customer experience and lead digital transformation using Salesforce technologies. Responsibilities include designing and implementing solutions within Salesforce platforms, CRM integrations, and contributing innovative ideas to optimize internal processes. Ideal candidates will have experience in CRM projects, strong knowledge of various CRM platforms, and expertise in digital marketing and customer engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience on Salesforce and/or other CRM platforms (Zendesk, Pegasystems, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, sugarCRM)
- Experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud implementation
- English language proficiency (spoken and written)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with CRM projects
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Sales Automation, Customer engagement & Customer Journey design
- Understanding of sales process digitalization
