Job Summary
Technical Lead for Salesforce Commercial Servicing & Onboarding delivering end-to-end technical design and implementation for Service Cloud and Experience Cloud in Commercial Banking. Own architecture, code quality, and delivery across onboarding and servicing workflows; lead engineering discussions, design reviews, and establish technical standards; partner with business stakeholders, product owners, EA, and operations to translate requirements into scalable solutions; reduce contractor dependency by building internal technical capabilities; provide mentorship and grow into formal team leadership as the portfolio matures; leverage Salesforce features (including AI-related capabilities) and stay current with platform releases; manage risk, governance, and cross-functional alignment while driving hands-on development for complex features and PoCs; foster a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years of overall IT experience
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience with strong emphasis on Service Cloud
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and drive engineering outcomes independently
- Strong technical design and architecture skills for complex Salesforce implementations
- Experience with Salesforce configuration and custom development including AI assisted build (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, APIs)
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and full SDLC ownership
- Strong communication skills and ability to partner effectively with business and technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions
