Salesforce Commerce Cloud Tech Lead

Job Summary
Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C / SFCC solutions and Salesforce Order Management / OMS capabilities. Architect scalable ecommerce solutions using SFRA, OCAPI, SCAPI, and custom cartridges; guide end-to-end delivery, including integration with ERP/CRM, payment gateways, tax, fraud, PIM/DAM, WMS, and analytics. Mentor and lead development teams, drive architecture reviews, ensure security and performance adherence, and collaborate with product owners, architects, QA, DevOps, and client stakeholders. Manage solution governance, deployment strategies, and production support; actively participate in estimation, sprint planning, and release planning. Strong hands-on SFCC development, API integration, and ecommerce domain knowledge, with proven experience in a technical leadership role and multi-project SFCC implementations. Familiarity with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and frontend frameworks is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
- MCA, MSc IT, or equivalent postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Commerce Cloud / SFCC experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a technical lead capacity
- Experience in at least 2 to 3 full-cycle SFCC implementation projects
- Experience working on OMS or order lifecycle integrations is highly preferred
