Job Summary
Salesforce Business/System Analyst at IC Markets to lead CRM transformation from legacy CRM to Salesforce; serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure Salesforce solutions support trading workflows, onboarding, and compliance; responsibilities include requirements gathering, documenting user stories and acceptance criteria, designing data models, workflows, and access/security models, creating process documentation and training materials, and supporting testing, validation, and stakeholder communication; hybrid on-site role based in Limassol with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote; preferred background in Salesforce data modeling, CRM migrations, trading/financial services, and Agile/Scrum; advantageous Salesforce Administrator or BA certifications and AI-enabled testing experience.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
- Proven experience in CRM migrations or system transformation projects
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Data Model and Core Clouds
- Experience in the trading or financial services sector (client onboarding, partner management, compliance workflows)
- Ability to write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
