Job Summary
Gather and analyze business requirements for enterprise Salesforce initiatives across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and the Platform. Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation while facilitating backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies. Collaborate with stakeholders, Architects, Developers, and QA teams to support UAT, requirement validation, and solution delivery. Drive Salesforce process improvements and automation initiatives. Requires 8+ years of Salesforce Business Analyst experience and strong Agile/Scrum knowledge. W2 contractor role in Washington, D.C.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Business Analyst experience with Salesforce projects
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, user stories, and backlog management
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills
