Job Summary
Collect in-scope business requirements for Financial Services Cloud within the Insurance domain, prioritizing needs and negotiating deployment timeframes with the development team. Perform detailed analysis to ensure full understanding of business aspects, formalize requirements for two-way communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, and manage all non-technical aspects of new requirements. Collaborate with the test team to develop and review test scripts and profile test data. This role requires 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Required Qualifications
- Salesforce Business Analyst (BA) with experience in Financial Services Cloud – Insurance Domain
- 5-8 yrs as a BA
- Responsible for collecting all in-scope business requirements
- Able to prioritize requirements and negotiate on deployment timeframes on behalf of the development team
- Able to perform detailed analysis to ensure all aspects of the business requirement are understood
- Able to formalize business requirements
- Ready for two way communication business communications up and technical communications down
- Capable of managing all non-technical aspects of the new requirements
- Capable of working with the test team to develop/ review test scripts and profile of test data
