Job Summary
Salesforce Service Cloud Senior Business Analyst III responsible for administering Service Cloud, gathering requirements, and delivering data-driven service improvements. Collaborates with stakeholders to design service-centric solutions, develop Jira user stories with acceptance criteria, drive data governance across case, customer, and interaction data, and lead end-to-end process improvements using automation and AI capabilities. Manages UAT planning and execution, participates in Agile sprint activities, troubleshoots issues, supports training material development, and advises on platform updates and integrations (e.g., with telephony like Amazon Connect) to align Service Cloud implementations with enterprise architecture.
