Job Summary
Salesforce Business Analyst to apply advanced knowledge across multiple business areas within Hitachi Vantara. The role supports the business with Salesforce-focused analysis, configuration, and development activities, including requirement analysis, coding/configuration of end-user applications and/or COTS solutions, testing and deployment, and change management/training. The candidate should have Salesforce Admin skills (certification preferred or 2+ years admin experience), deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community and Force.com, strong communication, experience with Agile methodologies and Jira, and proficiency with Excel, Visio, SQL, and related tools. The role emphasizes independent work and collaboration within a global team, with responsibilities that include project/process management, coaching, and solving complex problems. Required Qualifications
- Salesforce Admin skills (certification preferred or 2+ years admin experience)
- In depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Community and the force.com platform
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Agile methodology, including Jira as toolset for Scrum development
- Experience with change management and training delivery
- Ability to analyze detailed business/functional/technical requirements and specifications for the application
- Coding internally developed applications and/or configuring commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) applications using programming, scripting and database languages
- Supporting application testing, deployment, maintenance and evolution by correcting programming errors, responding to scope changes and coding application enhancements
- Ability to work independently but work also in a team environment
- Self-motivated, accountable and highly organized
- Skilled in Excel, Visio, SQQL and other tools for system and solution designs
- Other responsibilities may include: managing projects/processes, working independently with limited supervision, coaching and reviewing work and ability to deal with difficult and complex problems
