Job Summary
Salesforce Business Analyst at Gravie bridging business stakeholders and engineering to translate user needs into detailed requirements. Responsibilities include documenting Salesforce processes in Lucid, analyzing current state and requirements, demonstrating Salesforce features, recommending CRM best practices, writing user stories in Jira with testable acceptance criteria, managing backlog priorities, coordinating UAT testing and release communications, and supporting production questions. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 5 years in business-analysis-type roles with Salesforce/Jira experience, strong communication, and collaboration skills. Nice-to-have: Salesforce admin cert, startup experience, healthcare domain experience, system integration consulting. Salary range: $84,539–$112,719 annually. Locations: Minneapolis, MN (on-site) and Remote option available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 5 years of substantial experience in with Sales, Marketing, and Service processes and software solution delivery as a Business Analyst or Product Manager
- 3 years of experience with Salesforce and Jira
- History of tracking and tracing requirements through complex processes and multi-layered projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated success getting results through collaboration
