Job Summary
Salesforce Business Analyst for client engagements. Responsibilities include engaging customer stakeholders to understand desired business outcomes and define success criteria, articulating value of recommended solutions, leading discovery and requirements refinement, synthesizing requirements into clear user stories and solution design documentation, performing fit-gap analysis between Salesforce functionality and client needs, developing innovative Salesforce solutions with declarative configuration, data models, external integrations, automation, and other custom functionality, contributing to industry accelerators and white papers, drafting custom development specifications and managing delivery and testing with Development Resources, iterating Salesforce solutions through an adaptive-agile cycle with the customer Product Owner, developing a training curriculum and delivering end-user training, and collaborating with the Project Manager to scope, budget, and timeline. Requires a Bachelor's degree, five years of experience, Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder & Sales/Service/Community Clouds), US citizenship, hybrid work capability, and experience with Salesforce declarative automation, low-code features, dynamic forms, formulas, validation rules, business process definition, Epic/user story writing, and data migrations; preferred qualifications include Big 4 experience, public sector experience, Omnistudio, MBA, and related domain knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of FIVE (5) years of professional experience
- Minimum of ONE (1) Current Salesforce Certifications (Admin, App Builder & Sales/Service/Community Clouds)
- US Citizenship is contractually required for this role
- Experience with AI tools
- Selected candidate must be able to work in a hybrid environment
- Hands-on experience with declarative automation features of Salesforce, including Salesforce Lightning Flow Builder
- Experience building applications with the low-code features of Salesforce Lightning Experience
- Experience with dynamic forms, advanced formulas, and validation rules
- Experience with business process definition, process mapping, and reengineering
- Experience writing Epics and user stories to capture Salesforce requirements
- Experience with data migrations to and from Salesforce
- Understanding of the key levers for B2B, B2C, hybrid business models
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Great teamwork and collaboration skills
- Experience with Agile or Hybrid-Agile methodology.
