Job Summary
Engage customer stakeholders to understand data-related business outcomes, define measurable success criteria for data quality and accessibility, articulate the value of Salesforce data solutions (governance, migration strategies, analytics), lead discovery to inventory legacy systems and data quality issues, perform data mapping and reconciliation between source and Salesforce models, define migration strategies and artifacts, collaborate with technical teams to execute migrations using Data Loader and ETL tools, design and validate test scenarios (unit, system integration, UAT), support reporting and analytics development, and work in an Agile or Hybrid-Agile environment while delivering training and documentation for end users.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- Minimum of five years of work experience with a strong focus on data analysis and migration projects
- Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools and accelerators to automate data profiling, mapping, cleansing, and validation
- Minimum of ONE (1) current Salesforce Certification (Admin, App Builder, or relevant Cloud certification) preferred
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce data management tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, Workbench)
- Experience with data migration methodologies (profiling, cleansing, mapping, validation, reconciliation)
- Experience working with large datasets, multiple legacy systems, and complex data transformations
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model (standard and custom objects, relationships)
- Experience with ETL/ELT tools (Informatica, MuleSoft, Talend, SSIS) and integration patterns
- Experience performing data quality analysis (deduplication, normalization, enrichment)
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices
- Experience supporting testing cycles (SIT, UAT) with focus on data validation
- US Citizenship is contractually required for this role
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment
